Аннотация: Изучалась ультраструктура иммунокомпетентных клеток - лимфоцитов, плазматических клеток, макрофагов и гранулоцитов - 3-х видов осетровых рыб: русского осетра Acipenser gueldenstaedti Brandt, сибирского осетра Acipenser baeri Brandt и стерляди Acipenser ruthenus (L.). Показано, что все иммунокомпетентные клетки у изученных осетровых имеют сходное строение, незначительно отличаясь размерами. У исследованных рыб выделено 2 типа гранулоцитов - нейтрофилы и эозинофилы./Fine structure of immunocompetent cells of 3 fish species of Acipenser - Russian sturgeon Acipenser gueldenstaedti Brandt, Siberian sturgeon Asipenser baeri Brandt and sterlet Acipenser ruthenus (L.) was studied. It is shown, that all immunocompetent cells - small lymphocytes, plasma cells, macrophages and granulocytes - are distinguished insignificantly only by size. In all studied fish two granulocyte type are distinguished - neutrophils and eosinophils.
