At population level there is a violation of migratory ways and a mode of natural reproduction of whitefish species, change of their number and a condition of stocks. At the organisms level degradation of a physiological condition of concrete individuals and strengthening of epizootiya is observed.

Аннотация: В Обь-Иртышском рыбохозяйственном бассейне муксун (Coregonus muksun) еще недавно традиционно являлся одним из основных объектов промысла. В 1950–1960 гг. его уловы составляли в среднем 3,9 тыс. т в год. Сокращение основных нерестилищ в результате ухудшения экологического состояния рек и высокая интенсивность промысла в середине ХХ в. привели к снижению численности популяции муксуна. В 1980– 1990 гг. отмечено снижение уловов до 0,7–1,3 тыс. т в год. В настоящий период уло¬вы муксуна во всем Обь-Иртышском бассейне упали до 10 т, и вылов осуществляется только для научно-исследовательских целей и аквакультуры. В р. Иртыш заходят только единичные особи. В сложившихся условиях восстановление промысловых запасов вида возможно только за счет искусственного воспроизводства и снижения влияния ННН-промысла. Возвращение утраченных мест воспроизводства муксуна становится актуальной задачей. Современные исследования показали, что для восстановления популяции муксуна потребуется не менее 20 лет при вселении от 0,3 до 1,4 млрд. экз. подрощенной до 1,5 г молоди муксуна. В бассейне р. Иртыш появляются рыбоводные предприятия, готовые заняться воспроизводством муксуна и других ценных промысловых объектов. В этой связи важной задачей является разработка научных рекомендаций по эффективному ведению их деятельности. В статье приводятся соответствующие рекомендации. Отмечается, что работы должны учитывать биологию вида, особенности его размножения, распределения и миграции молоди, полностью соответствовать естественному жизненному циклу объекта воспроизводства. / In the Ob-Irtysh fisheries basin, whitefish – Coregonus muksun has traditionally been one of the main objects of fishing. In 1950–1960 years it catches averaged 3,9 thousand tonnes per year. The reduction of the main spawning grounds as a result of the deterioration of the river ecology and the high intensity of fishing in the middle of the twentieth century led to a decrease in the population of whitefish. In 1980–1990 t years here was a decrease in catches to 0,7– 1,3 thousand tons per year. In this period, catches of whitefish in the whole Ob-Irtysh basin have fallen to 10 tons, and the catch is only for research purposes and aquaculture. In Irtysh River come only a few individuals. Under these conditions, the restoration of commercial stocks of the species is possible only through artificial reproduction and reducing the impact of IUU fishing. The return of the lost places of whitefish reproduction becomes an urgent task. Modern studies have shown that to restore the population of whitefish it will take at least 20 years to move from 0,3 to 1,4 billion copies grown up to 1,5 g juvenile whitefish. Fish-breeding complex OOO «Borodino» in Omsk has repair-brood stock of whitefish in the amount of 6 thousand copies and is able to retrieve and incubate eggs, raise and hold the stocking with fry of whitefish in the Irtysh River in the volume of about 15 million copies. With the emergence of such enterprises an important task is the development of scientific recommendations for the efficiency of works on artificial reproduction. The work should be carried out on the basis of knowledge of the species biology, peculiarities of its reproduction, distribution and migration of juveniles. Fish-breeding processes for the stocking of water bodies should fully comply with the natural life cycle of whitefish. In the article on the basis of generalization of information on biology of whitefish and conditions of its dwelling recommendations on its artificial reproduction in the basin of the Irtysh River are given.

Аннотация: Changes of stages of redroductive cycle, molting cycle and some other features of biology of the northern shrimp (Pandalus borealis eous) were studied based on data of daily biological analysis, grouped to five days during 10 months (from March to December) of the calendar year. Materials were collected in Pritaujskiy area in northern part Sea of Okhotsk. Reproductive cycle of females lasts for two years: during first year gonads developed up to the spawning and in the second one females carried eggs on pleopods up to hatching of larvae and beginning a new cycle. Changes can be traced by the share of the relevant stages in the total number of individuals in three groups: males, females of first year reproductive cycle and females of second one. The males have two molts for the year and females, according to the spawning cycle have three molts during two years. All molts lasts 2-3 months and diverge in terms. By changes of share of females of first and second year of reproductive cycle hypothesis about vertical migrations was made. The share of females with sternal spines, that take part in process of reproduction first time, is about 45%, which means that females are able take part to three spawning cycles.

Аннотация: This work is based on the materials collected during scientific observation of Commander squids fishery in the waters adjacent the Northern Kuril Islands from 31 May till 18 June, 2014. The study revealed shorterm (10-12 days) cycles of density and composition of squid aggregations. Each phase of the cycle may be characterized by specific density of squid aggregations, sex ratio and maturity stages composition. A hypothesis is provided that this cyclicity appears as a result of migration of spatially structured squid shoals through the fishing ground in the Northern Kuril Islands area.
