Аннотация: Gracilaria verrucosa - перспективный объект для искусственного выращивания. Особенно ценна его способность интенсивного роста в районах, подверженных антропогенному воздействию./The biology of Algae suitable for cultivation is studied. Gracilaria verrucosa is known to be the best for cultivation. However little is known of the biology of the species in the waters of the Far East. So an attempt was made to study the living conditions and distribution pattern of the species. The ratio of sterile, sexual and agamic generations and their production capability were investigated. It is concluded that Gracilaria may be cultivated off the Far East.
