Аннотация: Для успешного выращивания стерляди очень важно основательно знать её биологию. В данной работе показаны некоторые гистологические аспекты различных органов данной разновидности стерляди. Были использованы 15 особей стерляди-альбиноса (Acipenser ruthenus) в возрасте 50 дней. Их обработали по гистологической технологии и покрасили гематоксилином-эозином (ГЭ). Были исследованы некоторые органы: пищевод, желудок, кишечник со спиральным клапаном, печень и позвоночник. Было отмечено, что органогенез данного вида не заканчивается в возрасте 50 дней, даже притом, что морфология внутренних органов стерляди схожа с другими костными рыбами./For the aquaculturists to successfully rear sterlet, advanced knowledge on the sterlet biology is essential. This paper shows some histological aspects on different organs from this sterlet variety. 15 albino sterlets (Acipenser ruthenus) were used at the age of 50 days. They were processed according to histological techniques and stained with hematoxyline-eozine (HE). Some organs, such as: the esophagus, the stomach, the intestine with the spiral valve, the liver and the spinal column were observed. We observed that the organogenesis of this specie at the age of 50 days is not completed, even if the morphology of the internal organs is similar to other bony fish.
